1. Real Identity & Accurate Information

RankProps is built around authentic community participation.

You must:

• Use your everyday name when creating your account.
• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
• Keep your account information reasonably current and accurate.
• Represent yourself honestly when participating in the RankProps community.

You may not:

• Create an account using a fake identity or intentionally misleading information.
• Pretend to be another person.
• Use another person’s name, photograph, or identifying information to mislead others.
• Create an account specifically to conceal your identity for the purpose of manipulating reviews, ratings, rankings, discussions, or other RankProps activity.

RankProps may take reasonable steps to verify the authenticity of an account or review when there is a legitimate concern about fraud, impersonation, or manipulation.

2. One Account Per Person

You may create and maintain one personal RankProps account.

You may not:

Create multiple personal accounts.

• Create additional accounts to manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, discussions, giveaways, or other community activity.
• Use another person’s RankProps account.
• Allow another person to use your account.

Create a new account to circumvent a suspension, restriction, or ban.

If you believe you have a legitimate reason to maintain an additional account, you must contact RankProps before creating one.

3. Personal Use

Your RankProps account is intended for your personal participation in the community.

You may not use a personal account to:

• Falsely represent a company, organization, or other person.
• Represent yourself as an authorized representative of a company when you are not authorized to do so.
• Conduct commercial activity that violates RankProps policies.
• Spam, solicit, advertise, or promote products or services through your personal account in a manner that violates RankProps rules.
• Use your account primarily to promote a business, service, affiliate offer, or other commercial interest.

RankProps may provide separate opportunities for businesses, sponsors, advertisers, or verified company representatives to participate on the platform.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your RankProps account.

You agree to:

• Keep your password and login information confidential.
• Not share your password with another person.
• Not give another person access to your account.
• Take reasonable steps to protect your account.
• Notify RankProps if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that you promptly reported to RankProps.

5. No Impersonation

You may not impersonate:

• Another RankProps member.
• Another trader or customer.
• A prop firm or trading company.
• An employee or representative of a company.
• A RankProps employee or representative.
• A public figure.
• Any other individual, business, or organization.

You may not use another person’s name, photograph, profile information, company identity, or other identifying information in a way that could reasonably mislead other members.

6. Authentic Reviews & Honest Feedback

RankProps exists to provide traders with authentic, community-generated information.

Reviews and ratings must be based on your real personal experience.

You may not:

• Submit fake reviews.
• Submit a review for a company you have not personally used or interacted with.
• Invent or fabricate experiences.
• Manipulate ratings or rankings.

Create multiple accounts to submit additional reviews.

• Submit reviews on behalf of another person.
• Purchase or sell reviews.
• Pay, reward, threaten, or pressure another person to submit a particular review.
• Ask employees, friends, family members, customers, or other individuals to artificially improve or damage a company’s rating.
• Coordinate review campaigns designed to manipulate RankProps rankings.
• Deliberately submit misleading or fabricated information.
• Use bots, automated accounts, or other artificial methods to generate reviews or engagement.

Do not review a company based solely on something you heard from someone else.

Your review should be based on your own actual experience whenever possible.

RankProps may remove reviews or other content that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, manipulated, fabricated, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these standards.

7. No False Accusations

RankProps encourages honest criticism and negative reviews when they are based on genuine experiences.

However, you may not make false, knowingly misleading, or unsupported accusations against an individual or company.

Do not falsely accuse a person or company of:

• Fraud.
• Theft.
• Criminal activity.
• Scamming.
• Dishonesty.
• Financial misconduct.
• Other illegal or unethical conduct.

If you experienced a problem, describe what happened and what you personally experienced rather than making unsupported accusations.

For example, instead of making a broad accusation, explain the specific transaction, policy, payout issue, customer-support interaction, rule enforcement, or other event that you personally experienced.

Where appropriate, provide factual details that help other traders understand the situation.

RankProps reserves the right to remove content containing unsupported, defamatory, threatening, or knowingly false allegations.

8. Respectful Communication

Treat other members, companies, employees, and community participants with respect.

You may disagree with someone’s opinion, review, trading strategy, or experience. You may criticize a company or service based on your actual experience.

You may not engage in:

• Harassment.
• Bullying.
• Personal attacks.
• Threats.
• Intimidation.
• Targeted abuse.
• Repeated unwanted contact.
• Doxxing.
• Encouraging others to harass or attack another person.
• Deliberately humiliating or degrading another person.

Criticize the experience or the service — not the person.

9. No Foul or Abusive Language

RankProps is intended to be a professional and welcoming community.

You may not use excessive profanity, vulgarity, abusive language, or language intended to harass, demean, intimidate, or threaten another person.

RankProps may remove content that is excessively offensive, vulgar, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate for a professional community.

10. No Political Statements or Political Content

RankProps is a trading and business review community, not a political forum.

Political statements and political advocacy are not permitted on RankProps.

You may not use RankProps to:

• Promote political candidates or political parties.
• Campaign for or against political causes.
• Post political propaganda.
• Start political arguments or debates.
• Attack another member based on political beliefs.
• Use company reviews or community discussions to promote political positions.
• Organize political activity.

Political content may be removed at RankProps’ discretion.

11. No Religious Statements or Religious Debate

RankProps is not a forum for religious debate or religious promotion.

You may not use RankProps to:

• Promote a religion.
• Attack or demean a religion.
• Debate religious beliefs.
• Proselytize.
• Target another member based on religious beliefs.
• Promote religious causes.
• Use company reviews or community discussions to promote or attack religious positions.

Members are expected to keep discussions focused on trading, companies, products, services, and relevant community topics.

12. No Adult or Sexually Explicit Content

RankProps does not permit pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult sexual imagery.

You may not post:

• Pornographic images or videos.
• Sexually explicit images.
• Graphic sexual content.
• Sexual solicitation.
• Sexually explicit profile pictures.
• Sexualized content intended to offend, harass, or target another person.

Profile pictures, posts, reviews, comments, and other community content must remain appropriate for a general professional audience.

13. No Racial, Hateful, or Discriminatory Content

RankProps does not permit content that attacks, insults, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

You may not post:

• Racial slurs.
• Racist statements.
• Derogatory racial comments.
• Content promoting racial superiority or inferiority.
• Attacks against individuals or groups based on race or ethnicity.
• Content encouraging racial discrimination.
• Content promoting hatred or violence against a racial or ethnic group.
• Hateful or discriminatory stereotypes directed at individuals or groups.

Members may not use RankProps to target, harass, demean, or discriminate against another person or group based on race or ethnicity.

14. No Spam or Manipulation

Do not use RankProps to manipulate the community or artificially influence rankings.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Spam.
• Fake engagement.
• Review bombing.
• Coordinated rating manipulation.
• Artificially inflating or decreasing a company’s rating.
• Automated or mass-generated accounts.
• Repeated promotional posts.
• Unsolicited advertising.
• Referral or affiliate spam.
• Coordinated campaigns designed to manipulate community sentiment.
• Attempts to artificially increase a company’s ranking.
• Attempts to artificially decrease a company’s ranking.

RankProps rankings are intended to reflect genuine community activity and authentic trader feedback.

15. Conflicts of Interest

You should disclose relevant conflicts of interest when participating in reviews or discussions.

For example, if you:

• Work for a company.
• Own or operate a company.
• Are an employee or representative of a company.
• Have a significant financial relationship with a company.
• Receive compensation based on the company’s performance or referrals.

You should not present yourself as an independent customer when you are actually representing a company or have a financial interest in the outcome of a review or discussion.

You may not use a personal RankProps account to secretly represent or promote a company.

16. Reviews Must Be Based on Personal Experience

When submitting a review, you should provide information based on your own experience whenever possible.

Useful reviews may discuss:

• Account purchase or enrollment.
• Trading conditions.
• Trading rules and restrictions.
• Customer support.
• Platform experience.
• Payout experience.
• Account management.
• Fees.
• Policies.
• Promotions.
• Overall experience.

Reviews should be factual, specific, and helpful to other traders.

RankProps encourages members to provide both positive and negative feedback when it is based on genuine experience.

17. No Personal or Private Information

Do not post another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.

This includes:

• Home addresses.
• Personal phone numbers.
• Personal email addresses.
• Financial account information.
• Passwords.
• Government identification numbers.
• Private communications.
• Private photographs.
• Other sensitive personal information.

If documentation is necessary to support a review or complaint, do not publicly post sensitive personal information.

18. No Threats or Illegal Activity

You may not use RankProps to threaten, encourage, organize, or facilitate violence or other illegal activity.

You may not threaten another member, company, employee, or other individual.

Content that presents a credible threat to the safety of an individual or organization may be removed and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant authorities.

19. Content Moderation

RankProps reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or Community Standards.

Depending on the circumstances, RankProps may:

• Remove content.
• Restrict the visibility of content.
• Remove a review.
• Restrict an account.
• Limit account functionality.
• Suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Prevent the creation of additional accounts.
• Remove participation privileges.
• Take other appropriate action to protect the integrity of the community.

RankProps may take action when content or conduct is inconsistent with the purpose and integrity of the platform even if the specific behavior is not listed word-for-word in these standards.

20. No Circumvention of Enforcement

If RankProps suspends, restricts, or terminates your account, you may not:

• Create another account to avoid the restriction.
• Use another person’s account to access RankProps.
• Ask another person to post content on your behalf to circumvent a restriction.
• Otherwise attempt to bypass RankProps enforcement.

Attempts to circumvent moderation or enforcement may result in additional restrictions.

21. Business Reviews Are Not RankProps’ Opinions

Reviews, ratings, comments, discussions, and other user-generated content represent the views and experiences of the individual members who submit them.

They do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of RankProps.

RankProps does not guarantee that every user-submitted statement is accurate, complete, current, or independently verified.

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

RankProps encourages businesses and community members to address inaccurate information through appropriate channels provided by the platform.

22. RankProps Does Not Guarantee Business Performance

RankProps is an information and community platform.

Reviews, ratings, rankings, and other information on RankProps should not be considered financial, legal, investment, or trading advice.

RankProps does not guarantee the performance, reliability, financial condition, legitimacy, profitability, payout practices, or future conduct of any company listed on the platform.

Users are responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions.

23. No Affiliate-Based Rankings

RankProps is committed to maintaining independence in its rankings.

Rankings and ratings should not be artificially influenced by affiliate relationships, referral commissions, promotional arrangements, or other financial incentives.

RankProps may offer advertising, sponsorship, or other commercial opportunities, but such arrangements should not determine a company’s community rating or ranking.

User reviews and authentic community feedback are the foundation of RankProps rankings.

24. Changes to These Standards

RankProps may update these Terms of Service and Community Standards as the platform and community evolve.

When appropriate, RankProps may provide notice of significant changes.

Your continued use of RankProps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Community Standards.

25. Your Agreement

By creating a RankProps account, you confirm that:

• You are using your real everyday name.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will maintain only one personal account.
• You will keep your account secure.
• You will not impersonate another person or organization.
• Your reviews will be based on genuine personal experiences.
• You will not submit fake or fabricated reviews.
• You will not manipulate ratings or rankings.
• You will not make knowingly false or unsupported accusations.
• You will communicate respectfully.
• You will not use excessive foul or abusive language.
• You will not post political statements or political content.
• You will not post religious statements or religious content.
• You will not post racial, hateful, or discriminatory statements.
• You will not post adult or sexually explicit content.
• You will not harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other members.
• You will not post another person’s private information.
• You will not use RankProps to spam or manipulate the community.
• You will disclose relevant conflicts of interest.
• You will follow the RankProps Terms of Service and Community Standards.

26. Our Commitment to the RankProps Community

RankProps was created to give traders a place to share their experiences and help one another make better-informed decisions.

The integrity of RankProps depends on everyone doing their part.
