AMP can be intimidating when you first look at them because they offer so many options- but that is exactly what you want in this industry. Options, Options, Options...even though this is futures. I've been using AMP for 3 years since transitioning to futures trading and if there was anything I'd do different it probably put any money spent with unverified props into my personal broker account with AMP. The margins are the lowest, the available markets are more diverse than other brokers, a variety of platform options, and they will match commissions. Website and backend is a bit dated but I'd rather good service and offerings over the bells an whistles

AMP Futures Brokerage is easy to set up, and transferring funds is straightforward. They charge a nominal monthly data fee—currently $12 for basic data, which is required even if you already have data feeds through prop firms. Customer service is responsive, resolving my questions via email within a day. A huge plus is that they offer full access to Quantower, and it's easy to pause your live and data feeds if you want to put live trading on hold and resume later. Important Note on Margins: Intraday rates for MNQ currently sit at $100 per contract, but AMP imposes a 25% maintenance margin requirement from the Extended Trading Hours (ETH) session through major news releases (such as CPI, PPI, NFP, and FOMC). For example, if the full maintenance margin is $4,646, the 25% rule means you need $1,161.50 per MNQ contract to hold positions through those timeframes. If you trade the Asia or London sessions on nights preceding major economic events, keep this in mind—especially on smaller accounts—to avoid unexpected liquidation and associated fees.
