Alpha Trader Firm

It has been a couple years since I have used Alpha Trader Firm but from my experience, they were not too bad. When I used them, it was a forex evaluation and at the time they were not offering futures. The rules were pretty straightforward and similar to most other prop firm rules. I was able to get paid twice from them but it felt like it took forever to receive the payout. The first payout that I received took around 3 weeks for me to receive it and the second payout took another 2 weeks. I think they said that a hurricane had passed through and damaged their offices and that's what took them so long. I understood that because my home was destroyed by a hurricane just 3 years prior. I purchased one more account with them but I did not get that one to payout. I know that other people have had some good experiences with them and some people not so good experience. I did not really like the communication with their support team because it seemed to take forever. I guess that can be attributed to the hurricane as well but it still seemed to take a long time for them to respond. Since its been a few years since I have used them, they have added futures to their program. I haven't used them for futures though so my advice would be to just be careful with them. I did receive my payout which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of something lower.
