My overall experience with Day Traders was excellent. The process was smooth, the service was good, and I successfully received a $5,000 payout during my time with them. There was a brief delay with the payout due to a miscommunication, but they handled the situation very well. I received the full $5,000 payout, and they also provided me with two free Straight-to-Funded accounts for the inconvenience. I appreciated the way they resolved the issue and took care of me as a customer. I had a $300K funded account and was eventually given the option to move to a live account, which I declined. My account was subsequently converted to the Straight-to-Funded structure. My only disappointment was the reduction in the maximum drawdown that came with that change. In my opinion, the previous maximum drawdown was more appropriate for an account of that size and provided more reasonable room to manage normal market volatility. Aside from the reduced maximum drawdown, my experience with Day Traders was very positive. They treated me fairly, honored my payout, and handled the one issue I encountered professionally. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the firm.
