Funded Futures Family

I was honestly very happy with them at the beginning. The support team was super responsive and friendly. After failing two challenges, I finally passed and got funded after 20 days of hard trading. But everything went downhill when I requested my payout. FFF denied it, claiming I used a VPN. I don't even have a VPN installed on my PC, so I immediately appealed their decision. They replied with a screenshot showing a login from another country. Here is the catch: that login was real, but it happened on a Saturday when the markets were completely closed. It was just me using my phone to access their main website dashboard to buy more accounts! I never used that connection on the actual trading platform (Wealthchart). I tried explaining this simple misunderstanding to them, but their only response was that their decision was final. To make matters worse, when I posted about this on Trustpilot, they got me banned. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this firm. If they are willing to invent such a ridiculous excuse to deny a legitimate payout, they will do absolutely anything to steal your hard-earned money. Run away! There are plenty of legitimate firms out there on the market. In the end, Kelly Anne was completely right.
