Been with NinjaTrader for over 6 years. I've had the opportunity to witness the growth of the platform, and the broker. Customer service is on point - available when you need them. The trading platform is the best. No unusual or unexplained slippage when placing orders. The ATM feature is the best, in my opinion. Place your trade entry, your SL and your TP all with one click. You can even script your own strategies and indicators. Get the LIFETIME plan. You won't regret it.

I started 16 years ago trading and decided to do it with NinjaTrader and not yet willing to change that. I tried, forcely with PropshopTrader, and I will not do that again. In this 16 years I had very few problems with the platform, 95% were custom made indicators that had issues and made crash the platform. Yes, also by every bigger update there are some problems and that is normal, but the folks there do a great job to eliminate those things fast. The only bigger change they made, is the Forum. It was for me a great place to communicate with other users and Ninja Support. Unfortunately they changed everything and it is more then less useless.

NinjaTrader is in a league of its own simply because of what you can build on it. The ability to code custom tools is incredible, and these days, it is incredibly easy to use AI to 'vibe code' complex indicators and automated strategies tailored exactly to your trading style. No other platform offers this level of deep, seamless customization. Beyond the limitless tool creation, the software itself is incredibly robust. The execution is lightning-fast. Highly recommended for traders who want total control over their setup.

NinjaTrader Brokerage has been a solid choice for my trading. I originally chose them for their competitive commission rates, responsive customer service, and seamless accessibility across desktop, web, and mobile. They offer three flexible commission tiers: Free, Monthly, and Lifetime. I opted for the Lifetime license, which includes free monthly top-of-book market data. Setting up an account and funding/transferring money was smooth and hassle-free. Customer support is accessible via live chat and email depending on urgency and complexity. Whenever I’ve reached out, my issues were resolved within just a few exchanges. The mobile app makes it easy to monitor and manage live positions on the go, which isn't always smooth with other brokers. The only minor limitation is that the app currently only displays live accounts, so you can't view prop firm or simulated evaluation accounts connected through their brokerage. Overall, I'm happy with the brokerage firm and their flexible access options.
