I've had a genuinely positive experience with Topstep. It's a reliable firm that gives traders a real opportunity to grow and work toward becoming consistently profitable. The overall experience has been good, and I appreciate the structure and discipline it encourages. That said, some of the recent rule changes, especially around live accounts, have been frustrating for traders. Using the last balance as the minimum requirement for the next payout felt like a step backward and made things more challenging for those who had already worked hard to build their accounts. Despite these concerns, I still consider Topstep a trustworthy firm with a strong reputation in the futures trading space. I just hope future changes take the traders' perspective into account a little more.
