Payout Reliability: I did receive a couple payouts from them but they did not make it easy. On top of that, that had a bit of shady advertising with their payout guarantee. They guarantee that you get paid within 24 hrs but what they don't tell you is that they take forever to approve the payout. Its been about a year since I've last used them so maybe they have gotten better. Payout Difficulty: I wouldn't say that it is hard to get a payout with them. They seem to be one of the easier props to pass evaluations. Platform and Support: I really love the actual trading platform. Especially Volumetrica because they have Deepcharts and I love that volume profile on there. Support is a different story. I've sent countless emails and opened many tickets throughout my time with BGF and the majority of them were ignored for days. When I finally did get someone in the chat, they passed me to the next person until I just got fed up. They even muted me for an entire week in the Discord because I got frustrated and started to vent my frustrations. Value for Cost: When I traded with them, they were much cheaper than they currently are. Since then, they have put their forex and futures all on the same same website and increased their prices as well. I really haven't used them since then and don't really plan on using them anymore unless I'm desperate. Rule Transparency: The trading rules are pretty tranparent. They are along the lines of most prop firms and the rules were not outrageous. Like I said earlier, they are one of the easier prop firms to pass. My Final Thoughts: I think that Blue Guardian Futures has a lot of potential but the integrity of how the company is ran is questionable. With shady advertising of the 24 hr payout guarantee and lackluster support, it drives people away from them. And by the way, I did not get paid the 24 hr payout guarantee. They took over 24 hrs to approve it and even longer to receive my payout. They're not worth it.
