NexGen Futures (Protrader)

NexGen is a solid choice in my opinion. Clear rules great team and no sneaky tricks. The only thing I wish they would do is add more platforms which I’m pretty sure is in the works but as of now not yet. Other than that solid choice.

With the promotions that nexgen runs regularly you can get a funded account for $100-150 while scratching the degenerate urge to full port with free resets. Payouts take a bit longer than the bigger props at 1-5 days of processing but haven't had issues yet. They do need to solidify their live program and deliver on the rithmic option they've been talking about for months to earn a full 5/5 from me though.

My experience with Nexgen has been great. No issues at all. I had to finish KYC before getting my payout, but the process was quick and smooth, and my dashboard shows the payout as approved. Hopefully when I reach a second payout, I can update how long it takes. I originally did not like trading on TradingView, but now I'm getting used to it. Hopefully they'll be on Ninjatrader soon. I also really like how fast everything updates — the dashboard reflects changes instantly, and new eval or funded accounts are provided right away. Everything has been easy and reliable.

NexGen has been a refreshing firm to trade with. What impressed me most was how uncomplicated the experience felt from the beginning. The rules were easy to understand, the setup was smooth, and I could spend more time concentrating on my trades instead of trying to figure out the platform. I also appreciate the balance NexGen provides between opportunity and accountability. Traders are given room to perform, but success still requires patience, consistency, and responsible risk management. That creates a more meaningful challenge than simply chasing a profit target. NexGen is earning its place in the futures funding industry, and I’m interested to see how the firm develops from here.

NexGen does pay out, I have received multiple withdrawals after completing evaluations. However, the trading conditions and payout workflows change once you are profitable. Processing times increased significantly over time, i requested a payout last Thursday and still don't received yet (Wednesday), if you are profitable trader they sudden requirements like mandatory 30-day cooldown periods and forced transitions to live environments feel designed to limit payout frequency

I'm impressed by the customer support. Cost wisely while they have free resets and discounted act fees. I worried that their rules are not good for payouts, but it turned out that it slowed me down to get base hit everyday and secured a payout!

Well IMO they are really doing well when it comes to AMP connection with trading view, gets good order fills, but still would love to see more platforms soon, My take is their buffer is literally double the size needed by any other propfirm, then to keep your account after your first payout would take you longer otherwise consider the account gone,, and they have it written in their FAQs

the fills are amazing with Amp as their broker, the customer support is fire you can't beat it

OUT of BUSINESS

This is a unique company - they frequently run huge discounts and free resets - when they do - they become the fastest and cheapest way to funded - their payouts are on the low end but I finally achieved my first payout with them - rules are clear their site is a bit dated and could use and upgrade but overall great support quick responses and the CEO is a good dude - so if you are just starting I highly recommend this firm - there is an activation fee but they frequently run discounts on those as well - typically rotating from discounts on accounts and resets to them activation discounts. Since you can have the passed accounts sit there indefinitely - just pass them with free resets then wait for the activation sale.

Was great before they changed the drawdown levels, really easy to get to payout. Now drawdown is lower but they also lowered number of days you have to trade to request payout. +Good rules, transparent. -Only Tradingview.
